Joan Lee, of Chinese descent and born in Singapore, moved to Melbourne as a student in 1981. Since then, she has married, raised a family, worked as a teacher, served in local churches, and even climbed Southeast Asia’s highest mountain.

With a strong passion for education, Joan believes that equipping students with critical thinking skills and a solid moral foundation is key to shaping future leaders. Her extensive experience in teaching and leadership roles in schools, para-churches, and local churches has honed her ability to connect with diverse communities.

Motivated by her faith and the conviction that Judeo-Christian values are vital for Australia’s future, Joan aims to advocate for families, faith, and freedom as a candidate for the Australian Christian Party.
